Today I'm back with another awesome set released at Avery Elle. It's called Love Notes and it's absolutely amazing! It's probably one of my new favorites for sure.
I wanted to make a one dimensional card (minus the sequins of course) and this set is perfect for the job. This set is ideal for lovey dovey, Valentine's Day card. It's definitely a set I will return to over and over again.
Make sure to stop by the Avery Elle shop and see all of their new releases. I need every stamp set released this month. They are just that good! :)
Thank you so much for stopping by. It always means so much! :)
Hi! Today I'm guest designing with Little Tangle's Challenge Blog! The challenge theme was to create a project using the colors white and gold. I had so much fun with this challenge! :) Here's my take!
I first took a piece of white cardstock and embossed it with a polka dot folder. I then ran it through my Big Shot after with a bracket die and adhered it to the card with foam dots. Next, I die cut and glittered a snowflake. The stamp set used above is Simple Christmas. For the wreath and sentiment, I stamped it in VersaMark Ink, gold embossing powder and heat set it. I fussy cut the wreath and tied some gold baker's twine to the top. For a finishing touch, I added some gold sequins from Neat and Tangled and rounded the corners!
Thank you so much for stopping by today. I can't wait to see your take on the challenge!!
Hi there! It's been forever since I posted. I've been on vacation but I'm finally back! I'm guest designing this month for Avery Elle and my oh my, they have some awesome products up their sleeves this month! Let's just get to it!
Today I'm showcasing one of their stamp sets, Circle It.
For the first card, I wanted to make something that could be used for any time of celebration. I thought this would be perfect for New Years.
For my second card, I wanted to make a Christmas one of course! This sentiment is absolutely perfect!
So there's my cards and I hope you go on to the other blogs to see theirs as well :)

Hi there! I'm finally joining the Runway again for their latest challenge. Here was the inspiration photo!
For my take on the challenge, I definitely wanted to use stripes. I used two different stamps, one from Simon Says Stamp and the other from Avery Elle. The deer head is from Kelly Purkey's new release. Thanks die cut is from Simon Says as well. I covered the deer in black enamel to help it shine more! :)
Hi there! Welcome to my blog! Today, Sweet Stamp Shop released some amazing products. I'll be showcasing three of the new sets. First up is Monogram It. This set can not get anymore adorable. I am just in love with it!
I'm in love with Christmas so of course that's what my first card focused around. I stamped the deer head in black ink and used Ranger Stickles to make the flowers into berries. I cut my vine stamp in half so I could widen it a bit. They're easy to put back together if you need to. Last, I stamped JOY using Monogram Alpha which I'll showcase next! :)
The next stamp set works well with Monogram It or can even be used alone like I'll show below! It's call Monogram Alphabet.
I was so excited when Nicole told me she created a set like this. I had been basically begging for one! For this next card, I white heat embossed CHRISTMAS and the sentiment. The snowflake is actually a die that I covered with Star Dust Stickles from Ranger. This card was so easy to make and would be one I'd like to recreate for mass production. :)
Last is Panda Face. I chuckle when I see this set. It's so cute and funny!
For the card, I stamp the head and body separate and then attached then afterwards. Super CAS card! :)
Well, what do you think!?!? Fun, right? Here's a coupon for you: NRN20. It ends on the 15th so don't delay!
Thank you so much for stopping by the blog and I'll see y'all soon! :)
The stamp I used Happy Camper. I first stamped the mountains on some masking paper. After placing the mountains the way I wanted them, used distress and hero shadow inks to blend the sky. I then colored the mountains with Copics. I then used Simon Says Stamps banner die and stamped the sentiment on it. For a finishing touch, I added dash lines, cropped the edges and added glitter to the tops of the mountains.
Hi! I never do personal posts so I figured it's time for one. :) I just wanted to share a few pictures with you of our time here in San Diego so far. Ya know, my husband and I never wanted to move here in the beginning but with the Navy, you don't get a choice. We're making the best out of it.
This is me and my husband, Michael. We took a trip to Julian and had a mini photo shoot in the apple orchard!
I think this one is by far my favorite. :)
Oh, and I'm in love with this one as well! He's so handsome!!
Here's me on the cliffs in Point Loma!
Here are a couple of photos of our babies! This is of Brody.
This beautiful girl is Bree!
These pups and my husband keep me sane. Oh--and card making! I am so excited though for our trip coming up towards the end of November. We're going back to the PNW. Ahh--I can't wait!
We would always take our quads to Tahuya and go mudding! Gorgeous!
This was at Mount Rainier!
This adorable chipmunk was at Hurricane Ridge in Port Angeles during July.
This was at Hurricane Ridge as well in November!
Those are just a few pictures I put up--I'm getting excited for our visit already!
Well thanks for stopping by and looking at all my photos and me reminiscing on the past! :)
Hey Y'all! It's a gorgeous day here in San Diego! I had to get caught up on a card for the Sweet Blog tomorrow and here's what I came up with! :)
I also joined the Neat and Tangle Challenge today. Of course I made a Halloween card. I'm really in the Halloween spirit and I'm kinda bummed I have to work that day. Oh well... At least I can enjoy all of my decorations and card making until then! :)
I love this tag! So classic and simple! I'm also entering this into CASology's Country Challenge this week! I guess I'm from the country and there's pinecones there--maybe that's the connection in my head! :)
Okay, I just want to apologize ahead of time for all my posts today. It's Blog Hop day over at PTI. We were supposed to make tags so of course, I focused on Christmas. I usually don't make tags but I'm glad that I made these. Now I have some fun ones to use at Christmas!!! :)
Honestly, I think this is my favorite tag! But here's a picture of all the tags I made today! :)
I'll also be entering these tags into CAS-ual Friday's Challenge this week! Hopefully I'll get on the bandwagon and get some of their stamps. They're so adorable! For the last challenge, I'm entering them into the CASE Study Challenge. I know they aren't ballerina-ish but the tags she made inspired me in general! :)
I really appreciate you stopping by and if you'd like to see more, follow my blog!
Hi! Today was my last post on Neat and Tangled's blog for my guest designer spot of October. I'm a tad sad... I had so much fun but hopefully I'll be able to join again soon! Thanksgiving is coming up soon so I decided to make a festive card. Plus I saw this fun inspiration from Moxie Fab.
My card doesn't have leaves on it but when I think of leaves, I think of Fall--and with Fall comes Thanksgiving! :) Love it!
Well thanks for stopping by :) It's always appreciated!
